High Frequency Transfer Pressing (also known as high-frequency heat pressing) is a modern bonding technology that uses radio frequency waves (typically 24kHz) to generate internal heat by exciting molecular vibrations within the material—similar to how a microwave works.
Combined with pneumatic pressure, this method fuses multiple material layers together uniformly, cleanly, and precisely according to design specifications.

Key Features

• Uses high-frequency RF waves to heat materials from the inside out
• Very fast processing time (a few seconds to 1 minute)
• Often paired with silk screen printing or foil stamping to enhance logos and surface detail
• Maintains the material's original color and texture while adding dimension

Advantages

✅ Creates clean, vivid, 3D embossed effects
✅ Strong, uniform adhesion with minimal surface burning or glue residue
✅ Compatible with various materials, including synthetic fabrics (e.g., poly), coated textiles, leather, and reflective surfaces
✅ Ideal for premium branding, accessories, and technical wear

Temperature & Technical Notes

• High frequency waves do not directly apply heat; they generate heat internally via molecular excitation
• Typical internal temperature: 60°C – 120°C
• Heats up rapidly within seconds
• Lower external heat required compared to traditional heat pressing (150–180°C)

Compatible Materials & Applications

• Heavy fabrics, nylon – used in uniforms, activewear, outerwear
• Backpacks, bags, leather wallets – ideal for logos, brand embossing
• Heat-transfer labels – for garments, shoes, and accessories
• Reflective materials – enhances visibility and safety
• Ribbons – brand printing or decorative patterns
• Embossed/debossed labels – for luxurious 3D finishes on premium goods
